Last year I did a chair workout class and enjoyed it so when the opportunity came up for me to do it again I jumped at it. Carrie Bradshaw always searched for the perfect man in SATC but some of us have to search for the perfect body at the same time and that too is trial and error.
This time it wasn't quite the same, the place was packed, I arrived there straight after a 10 hour day and women were taking it all too seriously.
I wasn't feeling like I was doing any exercise or toning and I started to dislike it...
The biggest thing I worked out was this I ain't to sexy and parading around with a feather bower whilst trying to do some exercise did not do me any favours lol.
