Single Behaviour and Guilty Pleasures

A burning question about ''Sex'' answered | 12382__sex_l
I am getting sadder by the minute- but it's best that I just admit it, It's not a problem ....it's a lifestyle choice (ahem just keep repeating that it and hopefully it will make it ok). I got home from a lovely evening the other night and the first thing I thought to myself was ...."ooo what is waiting for me in the bedroom".... Yea, sounds kinky and exciting right?..... Err No... I was thinking of stored up episodes of 'Don't tell the Bride,' back episodes of Corrie and hundreds of posts on my reader. Furthermore I was also comforted by the fact that I could be quickly warmed up by electric blanket or hot water bottle (obviously not both at the same time) Throw in a couple of Alpen bars and I'm letting out a happy squeal. (It would have been Haribo if I hadn't started to admit the fact that I am a fatty)

I comfort myself in the fact that Miranda too, was addicted to the trashy "Jules and Mimi", she too had to stop herself eating bad snacks by putting them in the bin and pouring stuff over them, she too could not live without her internet fix. This means there is hope doesn't it?

My Boy Bestie once told me SATC is like "Disney or crack" for older women and I should not disillusion myself with these silly modern day fairy tales. He said I also shouldn't make reference to the stories as they are made up (huh really?) But one has to believe that my bad BBC three reality shows, my documentaries about the overweight people and my love of bad soaps with knitting and tea breaks will all be ok! Won't it?

This post was inspired by the fact that for too many consecutive nights I have known that I had to get up early but have been watching easily missable shows like this new find "Mad about the house" It's like Don't tell the Bride meets 60 Minute Makeover" SOOOOO bad it's good.
