These are the ones.. Where do I get them

O.K I came across these pieces years ago and then totally forgot the artists name. Now I have seen them in two random bars and the photo below but I still cannot track down where to get them or what they are called? I love there kitsch beauty and the lil glow they give me.

So as a child my grandparents used to have 3 of these ladies in their very blue living room - I was only about 6 or 7 at the time but I loved them and they remind me of my Grandad. When Grandma dies they disappeared but I need them back in my life. Anyone know who the artist is?
