Skip, skip, skip to the Lou

I really, really, really want to get into errrm skipping. I love skipping chants, group skipping, independent skipping, turning the rope and everything. In the autumn I was thinking up new rhymes for my playground and encouraging children to skip in the hope that I could start a skipping club (my enthusiasm did die down with the weather).

When I was researching my potential skipping club I found allsorts! There is soo much more that you can do with a rope!

Check out Billy with his moves... it is amazing (I am scared of him)
I also am very aware that I cannot do half of these moves even without the rope.

P.S I wrote this post a few weeks ago and have now learned that JHud used skipping to help her loose her 5 stone!
and worst of all the school I work in have hired a full skipping workshop package and are having a skipathon and I am not allowed to go booooo!

Meistens fotografiere ich mein Gepinseltes, aber meistens hab ich dann nicht die Zeit und die Muße es online zu stellen, zudem manchmal auch nicht so spektakuläre Sachen dabei herauskommen, sodass es sich auch nicht lohnen würde. Etwas zu sammeln und dann posten lohnt schon viel mehr. Ich hoffe, das Postkonzept gefällt^^
