I wasn't really feeling the love today at work. I don't know whether it is working with so many women, the clashes of power and personalities or the low spirit and moral at the workplace but for a moment I felt very sad about the whole situation.
I feel it is time for me to start spreading the love and positive atmosphere- I don't even think I can wait for valentines day to come - I have to start sooner :-(
I think that this free compliments poster will be my first project. Kind Over Matter have designed this one and a editable one for you to write in whatever compliments you like. I am going to put one up in the staff room and encourage others to give the compliments out to each other.
I will let you know if anyone bothers ripping any off and giving any out (If they don't I will) and then I will just move onto a more subtle project!
