I hope that I can do this, and take this forward from today onwards... Last week I think I have made two fundamental mistakes I would say.. one was passing on what now seems like idol gossip to another colleague. It wasn't intended to be a gossip, it was a concern, but I had the conversation with someone and then I heard them blowing it all up, telling it to others.
I guess I have got to learn what I need to say to whom, and when I need to keep my mouth shut and equally important when I need to speak up, especially when you are in a new place. When I heard the person relaying the conversation I did say to them it was and issue that does not concern us and it is for the people involved to sort it out not for others to be saying anything but next week it is more listening and less speaking for me.
