Weekend In Scouse Land

Had a lovely weekend in Liverpool last weekend. Great company, lots of laughs, good food, yummy cocktails ( although some were a bit suspicious) and cake - Which is always a bonus!

Also went to see an small exhibition (should have been much bigger) called "Hitched- Wedding clothes and customs" in a lovely old victorian house - There was some crackin' dresses but they could have gone to town on this exhibit and it was really well... kinda lacking...

My friends have moved into a lovely little street with some gorgeous original doors and I am gutted I didn't take pictures of some of them- Yes I am sad and I love a good door! I did however take a picture of this little street, which was soo quaint and had soo much charm- ideal for a street party don't you think? This Picture really doesn't really do it any justice.

I do really like Liverpool... and the fact that they have purple bins is definitely gives the city extra points.
