Ohh No- This article In The Guardian Is Soo True

Follow this link to read about how reading short texts online, skim reading, and the impatience of modern day readers is making us stupid.

I admit I didn't even finish the article which proves a point in itself, I flick from site after site, following link after link and then googling in between.

The article does encourage me to read slowly, in print and in peace (or at least without soo many distractions.) I feel that justifies all of the magazine subscriptions I have just brought:-/ yay for reading in print to make myself clever - even if it is about different shades of lip gloss :-)
