Grrr I was supposed to ....
1. Practise my knee hooping (Which I think I kind of have down although I would love to get it to my knees more smoothly and keep it going a lil longer when i'm down there- I also can't do it in the opposite direction but one step at a time eh)
2. Work out how to get the hoop back up from my knees ( something to do with a kick and a shakey, shakey hip movement. I did get it twice but I did try a good 100 times and I still haven't been able to master it again ho hum)
3) Pick three tracks you'd like to hoop too- There is music in the class- and I actually like most of it actually some of it is on my hooping playlist. Because all of us don't have the same taste and most people have their hooping tunes - the teacher has asked us to pick three songs we love and we will all have them playe (anonymously) in class.
I have hit a blank I don't have three tracks to pick - I am bored of my hooping playlists! Gnarls Barkley, Beyonce, Mark Ronson, MIA and Gyptian- Hold yuh, Kanye's Power, Janelle Monae, and Big Boi have all been recent faves but they are a bit overplayed. A few of my other choices are plain embarrasing lol so I will have to put some more thought into this one.
Here's hoping that everyone else's music will inspire me or that I find it sooo bad that I rush home and force myself to pick three tracks just so I am not listening to other peoples stuff every week :-).

P.S Love this hooping image - it is the logo for a hoop teacher/business in New Jersey called hoop d'doo - Great name for a business
