Ok this trick is soo simple - why is it killing me - I was able to do it a few times the other day but not any more. I am soo scared off knocking myself out with the hoop - that I flinch when it comes near me or I give a feeble push. (This was after i hit my ankle though - ouch it's that funny bone feeling)
I will get this down... because I have already wasted over an hour of my life trying and it won't be worth it if I don't - it's literally throwing a hoop on your body - come on you can do this!
