Now I hear music and I wonder if I can dance without my hoop. Went to a new hooping class last night. Ohh dear I am the dummy of the class by far - they are all soooo advanced and they look great with their hoops and really connect with them. I Love, love, love my hoop but I wish we were one - I am always trying to second guess what is going to do but surely their is some logic here it is a circle after all (gosh my brain must be very slow at processing things)
But I am looking forward to learning more and more over my six weeks . This week I did get better at knee hooping whoop whoop.
