Hooping!
I have been renting a hoop and spending evenings in the garden with my hoop - often just bruising myself, bashing myself in the head and getting giddy but I am now able to keep the hoop up and things are getting better!
I really like my hula teacher she is very fun, cheeky and cute but as always you tube comes up trumps for inspiration.
